Personally, we found the lack of a balcony in our room a bit disappointing. However, we understand that not all rooms have this feature, and it might not be a concern for other guests.

The front desk staff was dishonest and tried to con us into taking a different cab. We felt ripped off on our first night when we were offered an overpriced, subpar restaurant.
